CHAMBERSBURG– Residents are to be advised that the new Chambersburg Police Station, adjacent to City Hall at 116 South Second Street, will officially open to the public on Thursday, Oct. 5, at 8 a.m. when the administrative staff begin their work day.
The new Chambersburg Police Station at 116 South Second Street will be open to the public 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, however, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., walk-in customers can enter through the South Second Street entrance or through the Utility Department’s addition to City Hall. During other days and times, walk-in customers must enter through the South Second Street entrance.
The Chambersburg Police Department administrative offices can be reached Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., by calling 717-264-4131. For non-emergencies, or during nights, weekends, and holidays, please call 717-263-1611. If you have an emergency, please call 9-1-1.
