Meet our Pet of The Week, Alex!
This five-year old boy came to us when his owners were no longer able to care for him. He has been with us here for over six-months and has barely had interest, and we cannot understand why!
Alex is currently free-roaming the shelter during the day and has been enjoying all the attention he can get! He is EXTREMELY talkative and will chatter to everyone and anyone that is nearby. Alex previously lived in a house with other cats, dogs and has done well with children here at the shelter.
This talkative kitty previously was an indoor-outdoor cat, and would be a good fit looking for a kitty that enjoys some outside time. Alex loves chin and ear scratches and doesn’t mind being held until he is ready to continue his exploring.
Alex loves all sorts of toys and really enjoys catnip toys! You can often find him flopped over on his side lazily batting his toys around when he is not taking a nap.
