GREENCASTLE – Franklin Hospice will host the first annual Holes for Hospice golf tournament on Friday, August 23, 2023 at the Greencastle Golf Club. Registration will begin at 7:30 a.m. Shotgun Start and Four Person Scramble to follow at 9 a.m..

Registration is first-come, first-served, determined by email or postmark. Tournament will be rain or shine. There will be no refunds for cancellation. $100 per golfer or $400 for a foursome.
Golfers will be able to purchase a $20 Caddy package consisting of 1 Powerball/2 Mulligans/1 Raffle Ticket.
Tournament prizes will be Men’s and Women’s longest drive; Men’s and Women’s farthest from the hole; and overall field 1st, 2nd, and 3rd team prizes.
