FAYETTEVILLE, Pa. – The Fayetteville Volunteer Fire Department will host its annual Firemen’s Carnival from May 29 through June 7, bringing classic family fun to the heart of Fayetteville.
The event will take place at the FVFD Carnival Grounds, 101 W. Main St., and will open daily at 5 p.m. Free entry and parking are available for all guests.
This year’s carnival features rides provided by Penn Valley Shows, a variety of games and a wide selection of food, including the department’s famous chicken corn soup. Nightly entertainment is scheduled, with a different band performing each evening:
- May 29: Crash the Limo
- May 30: Cash Unchained
- May 31: Dean Crawford Band
- June 1: Hubcaps
- June 2: Road Ducks
- June 3: Brickyard Road
- June 4: Hoss
- June 5: Reagan Years
- June 6: GTR
- June 7: Chris Woodward
The festivities will culminate with a fireworks display on Saturday, June 7. In the event of inclement weather, the fireworks will be held on Friday, June 6.
Organizers note that closing times may vary depending on weather and attendance. The community is invited to enjoy the rides, food, games and entertainment while supporting the local fire department.
