Jeanne E. Barnes, 75, of Fayetteville, PA, passed away Monday, May 12, 2025, in Laurel Lakes Rehabilitation Center, Chambersburg, PA. Born September 26, 1949, in Chambersburg, she was the daughter of the late Charles E. and Betty (Bender) Barnes.
She was a graduate of Chambersburg Area Senior High School. Jeanne was employed as the dietary manager at the former Falling Spring Nursing Home, Chambersburg, for the majority of her career. She was also a member and cook for the Minnequa Social Club, Shippensburg, PA. Jeanne loved her animals and supported many different animal shelters throughout her lifetime.
She is survived by her husband of nearly 18 years, Charles L. Singer, who she married June 2, 2007.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Chambersburg.
