Barry E. Cramer, 78, of St. Thomas, PA passed away Thursday, February 20, 2025 in his home. Born November 4, 1946 in Chambersburg, PA he was the son of the late Oscar and Florence LaRue (Kayhoe) Cramer.
He was a graduate of the Chambersburg Area Senior High School with the Class of 1964. Following graduation Barry served with the United States Army during Vietnam from December 13, 1965 until his honorable discharge December 3, 1967.
Barry was employed as a sign builder for Art Sign Company, Chambersburg throughout his working career. He enjoyed photography, hiking, biking, hunting, woodworking and camping. Barry and his late wife, Mary’s favorite place to spend time camping was the Shenandoah National Park.
He is survived by; two daughters, Sherry (fiancé, John Linhart) Cramer of Chambersburg, PA and Kailey Henry of St. Thomas, PA; one son, Terry (wife Carin) Henry of Shippensburg, PA; four grandchildren, KayeLynn, Leah, Zachery, James “Ashton”; and multiple great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Mary E. (Vaughn) Cramer and a sister, Patti Goulet.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center.
