Robert E. McGowan, 82, of Chambersburg, PA passed away on Thursday, March 13, 2025 in his residence. Born October 10, 1942 he was the son of the late Dorothy Shutmate.
Robert is survived by his wife of forty-four years Mary I. (Christman) McGowan.
