Nancy Ellen Basham, 61, of Saint Thomas, PA passed away Saturday, November 2, 2024 at the Chambersburg Hospital. Born July 17, 1963 in the District of Columbia, she was the daughter of the late Hurbert Lee and Carol Marie Cave.
