Terry Unger 55, of Mercersburg, PA passed away November 28,2023 at his home with his best friends by his side. Born On November 22,1968 in Chambersburg, PA to the late Donald Unger Sr and Judith (Poper) Unger.
After James Buchanan High School he started a working career at many different places for many years. After several heart attacks he and his best friend and husband spent a wonderful life together. Enjoying nature with their friends and family from their front porch with a spectacular view of the mountains and surrounding farm area. He also enjoyed going out to eat and cook-outs with family and friends.
Terry was the most charismatic, happy, joyful person whom you would ever meet. He never met a stranger and always enjoyed people around him. He was a member of the Moose Lodge 1790 of Mercersburg, PA.
Terry was preceded in death by his best friend and husband of 33 years Gary (George) Murray 2 months earlier. He is survived by his siblings Sandy Iden (husband Buddy) of Greencastle, Donald Unger Jr Mercersburg, Wendy Unger, Greencastle. He had several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. He also two best friends he lived with at the time of death was Deb Keefer and Cody Stine. Aside from his husband and parents he was preceded in death by his sister Trina Unger.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
