Rose died peacefully at her home on February 1, 2014.
Born in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Charles G. and Eva J. Schoen.
She was a 1942 graduate of Kenwood High School, Baltimore; and attended the University of Maryland and Hood College.
For 22 years she was a member of Fenwick Island Baptist Church, Delaware, where she taught Sunday School for 10 years, sang in the choir, and was member of the Recreation Committee.
She is survived by two daughter, Judy Showers and husband Steve of Hagerstown, and Janet Lugenbeel and husband Gordon of Virginia Beach, Virginia; grandson Michael Showers; granddaughter Kellie McCulloh and husband Patrick; and great grandchildren, Jackson and Sidney.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Carl Frasier, who died on April 18, 2004; and her sister Lilly Mae Crusse.
Private Funeral Services will be held at the convenience of the a family at Delaware Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery, Millsboro, Delaware.
