Ms. Delores J. “Dorey” (Daley) Rowe, 76, of Waynesboro, PA passed away, Thursday, October 22, 2026, at Rebecca’s Personal Care Home, Everett, PA.
Born November 22, 1949 in Waynesboro, she was the daughter of the late Russell E. and Carrie G. (Sword) Daley.
Delores graduated from Waynesboro Senior High School with the Class of 1967.
She worked in Waynesboro as a waitress for many years at The Parlor House and later as a waitress and bartender at Gus & Ted’s for several years.
Delores enjoyed talking with individuals during work and was an avid Miami Dolphins fan.
She is survived by one daughter, Mandi Hart and her husband, Randy of Newburg, PA; five grandchildren, John, Colton, Darian, David, and Madison; three great-grandchildren, Raylan, Camden, and Liam; her siblings, Peggy Powell and Russell Daley Jr., both of Waynesboro; and a number of nieces & nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, October 27, 2026 in Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad St., Waynesboro, PA with Rev. Dr. A. Robert Cook officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery, Waynesboro.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services, Tuesday afternoon, in the funeral home.
