CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. — The 2026 Franklin County Make-A-Wish Truck Convoy raised $61,880.03, bringing the organization’s donations over its 15-year history to more than $504,000, organizers announced.
The final tally surpassed last year’s total of more than $52,000, according to figures provided by organizers. Proceeds will benefit Make-A-Wish of Greater Pennsylvania and West Virginia, with all funds remaining in Franklin County to support local wishes.
The annual convoy was held Aug. 15.
Organizers released the fundraising total in an email thanking volunteers for the time, energy and dedication they contributed to the event.
“Because of volunteers like you, we were able to come together as a community and support a great cause benefiting Make A Wish of Greater PA & WV,” organizers wrote.
The donation will help provide wish experiences for children facing life-threatening illnesses.
The convoy is one of several fundraising events the organization holds for Make-A-Wish. Information about its activities is available on the Franklin County Truck Convoy website and its Facebook page.
