Mrs. Brenda J. (Bowman) Jones, 81, of Mont Alto, PA, passed away Thursday morning, August 13, 2026, at Quincy Village.
Born December 11, 1944 in Chambersburg, PA, she was the daughter of the late Glenn H. and Margaret E. (Sandoe) Bowman.
Mrs. Jones attended Chambersburg schools.
She and her husband, the late Charles W. “Jim” Jones, were married October 21, 1977 in Duffield, PA. Mr. Jones passed away July 1, 1991.
Mrs. Jones was employed as a kitchen aide for Waynesboro Area School District until her retirement in 2003. She later worked part-time at the Butcher Shoppe in Chambersburg.
She was a member of Five Forks Brethren in Christ Church, Waynesboro and enjoyed bowling with her league.
She is survived by one brother, John S. Bowman; and her brother-in-law, John A. Jones.
Private burial will be held in Mont Alto Cemetery.
