HAGERSTOWN, Md. — Comedian and former late-night television host Jay Leno will bring his stand-up act to The Maryland Theatre at 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 25.
Leno is best known for hosting “The Tonight Show” from 1992 to 2009 and again from 2010 to 2014. During his first run as host, the program led late-night ratings for much of its tenure.
In addition to his television work, Leno has maintained an extensive stand-up schedule, appearing at theaters, comedy venues, corporate events and charitable programs across the United States and internationally.
He also is known for his automotive interests and for hosting “Jay Leno’s Garage,” a series centered on cars, motorcycles and automotive history. Leno’s work has included voice acting, writing and television game-show hosting.
The Maryland Theatre show is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. Tickets are available through the theater and authorized ticketing outlets.
