WAYNESBORO, Pa. — A black shepherd-type dog was located last evening on Park Street in the area of West Fourth Street and Madison Avenue, Waynesboro police reported.
If you recognize this dog or believe you may be the owner, the animal has been transported to the Antietam Humane Society for care and safekeeping.
