CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. — Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the theft of multiple catalytic converters from a transit facility in Guilford Township earlier this month.
Troopers responded around 7:50 a.m. June 1 to rabbittransit on Franklin Farm Lane for a report of stolen vehicle parts. Upon arrival, police determined that 11 catalytic converters had been removed from 11 Ford Econoline E-450 vehicles.
Each catalytic converter was valued at approximately $2,000, bringing the total estimated loss to $22,000, according to state police.
Authorities did not identify any suspects or persons of interest. The investigation remains ongoing.
