Mr. David A. Gaston, 64, of Martinsburg, WV and formerly of Waynesboro, PA passed away June 11, 2026, in his home.
Born December 7, 1961 in Waynesboro, he was the son of the late Norman Gaston and Mary Jane (Karper) Harvey.
David graduated from Waynesboro Area Senior High School with the Class of 1979.
He worked as a bartender at various locations, including the American Legions in Waynesboro and Greencastle and the V.F.W. in Waynesboro and Shippensburg, PA.
David was a member of The Eagles Club, Inc., Waynesboro and enjoyed Minnesota Vikings Football and playing fantasy football.
He is survived by two sons, David M. Gaston of Waynesboro and Jason T. Gaston of Shippensburg; one sister, Laurie K. Hedrick of Spring Mills, WV; and close friends, Michelle and Jeff Long of Hagerstown, MD.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M., Thursday, June 18, 2026 in Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad St., Waynesboro, PA. Burial will be private.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services, Thursday morning, in the funeral home.
