Mr. John H. “Sonny” Johnson, 87, of Waynesboro, PA, passed away Wednesday, June 3, 2026 in the Leland of Laurel Run.
Born July 16, 1938 in Takoma Park, MD, he was the son of the late J. Herman and Ina M. (Rhodes) Johnson.
Sonny leaves behind two sisters, Judith Reiber of Everett, PA and Beverly Jean Limar of Castle On Hudson, NY; and nieces, nephews and a host of extended family and friends.
Graveside services will be held at 12:00 Noon, Tuesday, June 9, 2026 in Union Cemetery of Montgomery County, Burtonsville, MD.
