Mrs. Lovues L. (Moats) Hahn, 87, of Waynesboro, PA passed away Tuesday morning, May 26, 2026, at Quincy Village, Waynesboro.

Born October 22, 1938 in Waynesboro, she was the daughter of the late Garnett and Lula (Ickes) Moats. She was a lifelong resident of the Waynesboro area.

She and her husband, the late George E. Hahn, were married on October 20, 1961 in Sabillasville, MD. Mr. Hahn died on September 14, 2016.

Mrs. Hahn worked at Austin Hill, Waynesboro, as a seamstress for more than 30 years.

She was a member of Greenstone Apostolic Church and enjoyed cooking, camping and spending time with family and friends.

She is survived by three sons, David Hahn (Tina), Mark Hahn (Tina) and Daniel Hahn (Heidi Heiston), all of Waynesboro; her son-in-law, Barry Shipley of Shade Gap, PA; six grandchildren, Kye Shipley, Amber Shipley, Carrie Biddinger, Brandon Hahn, Janice Bigelow and Matthew Hahn; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Connie Shipley; one sister, Linda Young; and three brothers, Paul Moats, Ronald Moats, Sr. and Norvel Moats.

Services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, May 30, 2026 in Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad St., Waynesboro, PA with Rev. Eugene Cline officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Zion Cemetery, near Quincy, PA.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services, Saturday morning, in the funeral home.
