WAYNESBORO, Pa. — Waynesboro attorney William S. Dick was honored at the state Bar Association on May 8 in Pittsburgh for his 50 years of legal practice and Bar membership.
Dick is senior partner of the seven-attorney law firm of Dick, Stein, Schemel, Wine & Frey, LLP, known as DSS Law, with offices in Waynesboro, Greencastle and McConnellsburg. Over the years, he has served clients in the areas of wills, estate planning, estate administration, real estate, business planning, financial and tax planning and municipal law.
He is a past president of the Franklin County Bar Association and was instrumental in the Investment Committee for the Franklin County Bar Foundation. He is a published author in the Pennsylvania Bar Association magazine.
Bar President Kristen Hamilton, also from Franklin County, said she was honored to recognize Dick and all award recipients for their service to their communities and dedication to the legal profession. Dick responded by saying, “It was both a blessing and a privilege to serve the many amazing and wonderful people who have been my clients through these five decades.”
