WAYNESBORO, Pa. — Jayson Montalvo Jr., 22, Waynesboro, has been charged with one count each of attempted criminal homicide, aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person and propulsion of missiles into an occupied vehicle or roadway.
The incident occurred on May 3 at 10:18 p.m. on W. Fourth Street, but Waynesboro police are releasing no additional details.
