CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. – Residents interested in learning more about egg safety will have an opportunity to attend Penn State Extension’s “Eggs from Farm to Kitchen” program on Tuesday, April 14, from 11 a.m. to noon at the Ag Heritage Building in Chambersburg.
The educational session will present the essentials of food safety from farm to table, offering guidance on how eggs should be properly handled during production, transport and storage. Participants will discover safe storage techniques and watch a live cooking demonstration emphasizing best practices for preparation.
