The Big Dill Pickleball Tournament Announced

HAGERSTOWN, MD —The University System of Maryland at Hagerstown (USMH), in partnership with Dill
Dinkers – Hagerstown, is excited to announce The Big Dill, an upcoming pickleball tournament on April 11 and
12 that will bring together community members for a fun and competitive event to support student scholarships.
Tournament coordinators are currently seeking both participants and event sponsors.
The Big Dill tournament will welcome players of all skill levels for a day of friendly competition, while also
supporting USMH’s mission of expanding access to higher education in the region through scholarship
opportunities.

”This event is a great opportunity to bring the community together in a fun, active way while supporting
students and programs at USMH,” said USMH Development Coordinator, Kim Eichelberger. “We’re grateful for
Dill Dinkers’ partnership in helping us launch what we hope will become an annual spring fundraiser. Their
support allows us to expand scholarship opportunities and make a lasting difference for our students.”
USMH is inviting local businesses and organizations to participate as sponsors. Sponsorship support for The
Big Dill offers valuable visibility while demonstrating a commitment to education and community engagement.
Sponsorships will help support student-focused initiatives at USMH and enhance the overall tournament
experience for participants. For more information about sponsorship opportunities, contact Kim Eichelberger, at
