WAYNESBORO – Rotarians Kim Eaton and Larry Pentz told fellow Rotarians about ways they have reached out in community service through the Youth Aid Panel.
That organization works with first-time offenders, helping with what they feel is one of the most effective tools available in directly affecting the direction that a young person takes after a youthful indiscretion.
