WAYNESBORO — Pyramid Healthcare Inc. hosted its first open house March 17 at its Waynesboro Outpatient Treatment Center at 626 N. Grant St., welcoming local community partners and providers to tour its facility and learn about its services.
The center, which has operated at this location for 11½ years, invited guests to explore treatment spaces, meet staff, and enjoy refreshments. Attendees also received tote bags and small houseplants as part of the celebration.
Staff members and leadership, including Director Caitlin Tessitore and Primary Substance Abuse Counselor and Communications Coordinator Shayla A. Fisher, joined guests for the event. Other staff include Administrative Associate Bernice Jenkins, Dual Clinicians Jessica Bonnett, Tirzah Andrade, and Nicholas Wallingford, Nurse Labreekska Sollenberger, Certified Recovery Specialist Jessica Crusey, MAT Physician Dr. Nowsu, Psychiatrist Dr. Tyeb, and Transportation Driver Christopher Lengyel.
Pyramid Healthcare Waynesboro provides community-based behavioral health services for individuals coping with substance use and mental health disorders. Programs include intensive and general outpatient therapy, early intervention, family sessions, and adolescent group therapy. The center also offers medication-assisted treatment with Suboxone, Vivitrol, Revia, Brixadi, and Sublocade.
In addition to walk-in assessments for mental health and drug and alcohol treatment on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., the facility provides access to a Narcan station and a community resource board featuring local 12-step meetings, food and housing assistance, and other support options.
The Waynesboro team focuses on individualized, evidence-based care to help clients achieve lasting recovery while maintaining their daily responsibilities.
