Families are invited to celebrate reading and the arrival of spring at the third annual Bunny’s Book Bash, hosted by United Way of Washington County, Maryland, and Valley Mall on Saturday, March 14, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The free event, held in recognition of National Reading Month, will feature crafts, games and giveaways for children of all ages. Guests can also participate in a mall-wide Easter egg hunt, with prizes available at United Way’s Book Nook located near JCPenney.
The Easter Bunny will be on hand for photos and visits, while volunteers help children choose a free book to take home. Crafts and prizes are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
