Nadene Welsh, 81, passed away Friday, February 27, 2026, at Chambersburg Hospital. She was born May 3, 1944, in Leitersburg, Maryland. She was the daughter of the late Iva and Kenneth Wetzel. Nadene attended Five Fork Church in Waynesboro, PA where she enjoyed worship music and services. She is survived by one son, Donald Welsh and his wife Bonnie. One daughter, Missy Eliason; six grandchildren, Josh May, Keely Welsh, Laiken Welsh, Luke Welsh, Jessica Boulden, Derek Eliason; one brother, Kenneth Wetzel; several great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Marcene May, two sisters, Joyce Wolff and Connie Barr, one brother Dennis "Butch" Wetzel.
