While you might not see this sweet boy on our adoption floor, he is searching for his furever home! Rip is a happy boy with a lot of big puppy energy. While he is very intelligent and a good listener, he needs a little help with his manners. He loves to run around and play, but he definitely prefers to get snuggles.
