The Winter STREAK wellness program is reaching its halfway mark, and participants are invited to keep their momentum going with the next virtual workshop, Strength Training Made Easy: Upper Body Edition, on Wednesday, Feb. 18.
The free session will be offered at both noon and 5:30 p.m., making it easy for participants to join at a time that fits their schedules. Led by Zach Miller, a certified strength and conditioning specialist and wellness instructor with WellSpan, the workshop will focus on simple upper-body strengthening exercises that can be done anywhere, anytime.
Designed for all fitness levels, the session emphasizes incorporating short, accessible exercises into daily routines to help participants build consistency and confidence in strength training. Little to no equipment is needed, making it a practical step toward staying active throughout the winter season.
Winter STREAK is part of WellSpan’s ongoing wellness initiative to encourage community members to maintain physical activity and healthy habits during the colder months.
