HAGERSTOWN – Washington County Government offices will be closed Monday, Feb. 16, in observance of Presidents’ Day, with several services operating on modified schedules.
Most county offices will reopen Tuesday, Feb. 17.
Airport operations
Administrative offices at Hagerstown Regional Airport will be closed Monday, but the airport terminal will remain open from 7 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Allegiant Air flights will operate as scheduled, including the 8:32 a.m. arrival and 9:22 a.m. departure for Orlando Sanford International Airport.
Environmental management
Washington County Environmental Management offices, the Forty West Landfill and all county transfer stations will be closed Monday. Services will resume Tuesday.
Transit and recreation
Washington County Transit Services will continue regular operations Monday.
Black Rock Golf Course will operate under normal hours.
Treasurer and State’s Attorney offices
The Washington County Treasurer’s Office and the State’s Attorney’s Office will be closed Monday and reopen Tuesday.
Public safety
All essential public safety services will remain in effect during the holiday.
