Lorenz “Larry” Nowack of Waynesboro PA passed at age 89 on January 9, 2026.
Larry was a music teacher in Baltimore County and recently a member of the Shippensburg Community Band. He loved woodworking, model planes and trains, and was active with the Quincy Village Model Railroad Club.
He is survived by his wife Helen, his sister Carla, daughter Sonja, son Mark and his wife Lori, as well as six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his sister Karin.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Larry’s name may be made to the Resident Assistance Fund at Quincy Village, 6596 Orphanage Road, Waynesboro, PA 17268.
