FAYETTEVILLE – Totem Pole Playhouse has announced that enrollment for its 2026 spring classes and summer camps is officially open. Just in time for the holiday season, families can now register students for a variety of theater education programs designed for young performers and creative learners of all experience levels.
These programs make meaningful and memorable holiday gifts, offering students the chance to build confidence, learn new skills and explore the magic of live theater under the pines. This year theater operators have shortened the camps to better fit into artists’ schedules and to make them more affordable for parents.
The 2026 Spring Classes include a slate of workshops for youth and adults, covering everything from acting fundamentals to vocal performance and stage presence. Classes are crafted to support both beginners and more advanced performers, fostering creativity in a fun, professional environment.
For younger students who want a summer filled with creativity and performance, Creative Dramatics Camp returns June 22–27. This camp offers children ages 7–10 the opportunity to explore imagination, teamwork, movement and storytelling through theater-based activities.
Older students can dive deeper into rehearsal and performance with Totem Pole’s popular Musical Theatre Camps. Musical Theatre Camp #1 will feature “Beetlejuice Jr.” (July 6–18), and Musical Theatre Camp #2 will present Disney’s “Descendants” (July 27–Aug. 8). These programs offer hands-on experience in acting, singing, choreography and production, culminating in fully staged performances for families and friends.
“Education has always been at the heart of Totem Pole Playhouse,” said Producing Artistic Director Ryan Gibbs. “These programs help nurture the next generation of artists by giving young people a place to grow, express themselves and build lifelong memories.”
Parents and guardians are encouraged to register early, as classes and camps are expected to fill quickly. Gift certificates and class registrations make excellent holiday presents for young people who have been “bit by the theater bug” or who simply want to explore a new creative outlet.
