Shoppers and sellers alike will find bargains, treasures and fun at the grand opening of the Mason Dixon Flea Market in Greencastle, where deals and community spirit meet just off Molly Pitcher Highway. The three-day event runs Friday through Sunday, April 10–12, starting at 7 a.m. each day at 12876 Molly Pitcher Hwy. Vendors of all kinds—resellers, fundraisers, crafters and small businesses—are invited to set up for a $20 fee, with free spots for kids. Attendees can enjoy food vendors, music, drawings, and plenty of space to relax at picnic tables as part of this new local market’s kickoff weekend.

History meets happy hour at the Miller House Museum as the Washington County Historical Society hosts “Culture & Cocktails: Mary Mish & the Restoration of the Hager House,” exploring one woman’s role in saving a local landmark. On Friday, April 10, from 6 to 8 p.m., Recreation Assistant Kay Osmer will discuss the 1950s restoration efforts led by Mary Vernon Mish, the WCHS’s first female president, during Maryland Archaeology Month. Guests can view rare photos, learn about the house’s original architecture and archaeological digs, and enjoy refreshments and a signature “Mary Mish” cocktail. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. at 135 W. Washington St., Hagerstown. Tickets are $34 and include one drink.

Old-world romance meets timeless melody when Analisa and John take the stage for the Waynesboro Concert Association’s 88th season celebration, A Touch of Class. The duo, known for their soulful performances and deep connection to Italian musical traditions, will perform Sunday, April 12, from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Waynesboro High School Auditorium, 550 E. Second St. The concert highlights how Italian-style music has woven its influence through decades, offering audiences a heartfelt afternoon of passion-filled sound and cultural flair.

Downtown Hagerstown is serving up a flavorful stroll this weekend as restaurants team up for the annual Taste of Downtown, a happy hour-style culinary tour featuring “lite bites” from local eateries. From 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday, April 11, food lovers can explore small plates and appetizers from a lineup that includes The Broad Axe, Messy Jessy’s at Hub City Brewery, Motherland Kitchen, Next Chapter Cafe and Bookshop, Sofrito Puerto Rican Cuisine, Veva’s On Potomac and more.
