Spring will be in full bloom this weekend as Hagerstown Community College hosts its 30th Annual HCC Alumni Flower & Garden Show, “Red, White, and Bloom!,” at the Athletic, Recreation & Community Center, 11400 Robinwood Drive, Hagerstown. The region’s largest floral event fills 48,000 square feet with vendors, garden displays, free seminars, demonstrations, and children’s activities.
