MERCERSBURG, — The 48th Annual Mercersburg Lions Club Community Fair will be held from Sunday, Aug. 13, to Saturday, Aug.19, at the Mercersburg Fairgrounds.
The fair will feature a variety of rides, games, food stands, bingo, and entertainment. Rides will start on Monday, August 14th and will be provided by Snyder’s Attractions. Unlimited rides during the fair will cost $25.00 and credit cards will be accepted.
The opening night of the fair, on Sunday, Aug. 13, will feature a limited food stand open from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Hot dogs, hamburgers, ground ox, country ham, french fries, Hershey ice cream, and Pepsi drink products will be available. Visitors can also listen to a message from the Mercersburg Ministerium and enjoy a performance by the Community Band.
The fair will also feature fireworks on Friday, Aug. 18.
