CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. — More than $288,000 in grants will support 27 nonprofit organizations serving Franklin County residents. The funding, celebrated at an event last month, will help local organizations provide essential services, strengthen emergency response, expand arts and cultural programs, and meet other needs across Franklin County.
