GREENCASTLE — The historic downtown of Greencastle, is set to transform into a vibrant marketplace for the 57th Annual Greencastle Sidewalk Days on July 12 and 13.

The two-day event, organized by the Greencastle-Antrim Chamber of Commerce, will feature a diverse array of activities, food vendors, and entertainment. Friday’s festivities will run from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., while Saturday’s events are scheduled from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Visitors can expect a wide variety of food options from local and regional vendors. The lineup includes popular treats such as funnel cakes, kettle corn, and artisanal pretzels, as well as more substantial offerings like crab cakes and traditional Balkan cuisine. Dozens of local vendors will showcase their crafts, goods, and creations.

A dedicated KidsZone will provide entertainment for younger attendees. This long-standing tradition, which began in the late 1960s, continues to be a cornerstone of Greencastle’s community calendar. The event is free and open to the public, with organizers emphasizing that it will be held rain or shine.
