LEESBURG, VA–A missing Franklin County girl has been located.
Emily High, 16, was last seen in the Scotland, Greene Township, area of Chambersburg on May 16. She was located safely in Loudon County, Virginia. Her companion, Jaret John Wright, 22, of Ohio, a registered sex offender who was wanted in that state was taken into custody, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
