F&M Trust Announces New Hires, Promotions

CHAMBERSBURG- F&M Trust has announced the following recent hires and promotions:

Matt Jozik has been hired as a Commercial Services Relationship Manager for the West Washington Street Office in Hagerstown, Maryland. Jozik will be responsible for developing and managing a commercial lending portfolio in western Maryland and eastern West Virginia. He will pursue new commercial lending opportunities from current and prospective customers and assist customers in obtaining specialized services from other areas of the bank. Jozik previously was senior vice president of commercial lending for CNB Bank in Hagerstown. Jozik has served as Vice President of Habitat for Humanity of Washington County since 2022, and has served on the board of directors for The Arc of Washington County since 2019.

Rob Miskimon has been hired as a Network Security Engineer. Miskimon will be responsible for the bank’s technology and cybersecurity needs, including evaluation and implementation of new systems, system maintenance and repair, network administration, and ensuring internal and external data security. Miskimon previously was a cybersecurity specialist for First National Bank of Pennsylvania.

Shanna Simms has been hired as Residential Mortgage Processor. Simms will be responsible for processing, underwriting, and preparing mortgage settlement packages; coordinating work with mortgage originators, community offices, and other departments; and providing loan officers and customers with support and assistance regarding loan application packets. Simms previously was a mortgage loan operations specialist for West Town Bank & Trust.

Zach Hendricks has been promoted to Assistant Community Office Manager for the West Side Community Office.

Lisa Hogue has been promoted to Assistant Vice President.

Natasha Koons has been promoted to Assistant Vice President.

Cherie Orndorff has been promoted to Investment and Trust Services Retirement Support Specialist.
