CHAMBERSBURG—Christine Foltz believes wellness is all about body, mind and spirit.
“When all three are balanced, your body is in harmony,” Foltz said. “Health is taking care of the whole person not just one part.”
Foltz, of Fayetteville, put her belief into practice one year ago when she opened Believe Holistic Wellness LLC in Chambersburg.
Her business focuses on integrative reflexology, along with self-care, essential oil education and holistic consultations.
Foltz, a two-time cancer survivor, said it has become her passion to educate others on how to live more naturally.
“I enjoy educating cancer survivors and their families on how to live a more natural life during treatments and beyond,” she said.
As a Certified Integrative Reflexologist, Foltz also specializes in supporting clients with plantar fasciitis, neuropathy, sciatica, digestive issues and more.
“Reflexology is an ancient practice that has been used for thousands of years in China, India and Egypt,” she said. “Modern reflexology is not just about the  healing arts but about the science. By using a specific thumb and finger technique that stimulates the reflex points, it can help reduce stress
& anxious feelings, relaxes the entire body, improves blood circulation, cleanses the body of toxins, reduces pain and brings the body into homeostats or balance.”
Believe Holistic Wellness offers a variety of services to clients throughout Franklin County and beyond from the office at 375 Floral Avenue.
“I’m very grateful to my clients who have supported my business over the past year,” Foltz said. “I’m honored to walk with them in their journey to wellness.”
