HARRISBURG— UPMC in Central Pa. is hosting a series of community presentations this fall featuring UPMC experts speaking on a variety of health topics.

In October, which is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a dinner and education event will feature presentations on women’s health, specifically cancer risks. Participants will hear from a breast surgeon and gynecologic oncologist as they discuss cancer risks specific to women, as well as prevention, screenings and available treatments.

Participants can choose from two locations and are invited to enjoy a free buffet dinner that starts 30 minutes prior to the panel presentation. Those interested can register at UPMC.com/FallEvents or by calling 717-231-8900.
