Chambersburg Planners to Meet

CHAMBERSBURG–The agenda for the Chambersburg Planning and Zoning Commission meeting to be held TUESDAY, OCTOBER 4, 2022 at 7 p.m. in Council Chambers on the First Floor of the Utility Departments Addition to Borough Hall, 100 South Second St.:
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Approve minutes of the September 6, 2022 meeting.
3. Review and discuss proposed changes to the Trailer Coaches Code (Chapter 274), as recommended by staff and the Solicitor.
4. Review draft Ordinance and map for the Southgate Neighborhood Zoning Overlay District.
5. Other matters as presented.
6. Adjourn with the next regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, November 1, 2022.
