GREENCASTLE—Whether it’s a home-cooked meal or gift certificates to area restaurants, the upcoming Waynesboro Area Gala Cancer Auction has the winning ticket to all things food.

Successful bidders will enjoy a meats and martinis dinner at a privately hosted event as well as a home-cooked authentic German meal for eight people that includes beer and wine.

The new Michaux Brewing Company that will open in Rouzerville will provide two beer flights per month for a year, while Rough Edges Brewing in Waynesboro will host a behind the scenes private tour, followed by a tasting for two of beers on tap and a snack.

The Parlor House will once again provide its picnic for 25 that includes fried chicken, a meat and cheese platter, rolls, macaroni salad, baked beans and chips.

Enjoy dinner for up to $300 on Martz Plumbing at Copper Kettle in Chambersburg.

Kline’s Grocery in Shady Grove is offering a grilling package that includes an insulated cooler bag packed with gift certificates for steaks, hamburgers, hot dogs, and all the fixings.

For your sweet tooth, there are gift certificates for banana splits, candy, doughnuts and ice cream, as well as four Easter baskets made with boxes of candy and filled with Easter goodies and novelties and three baskets of homemade biscotti.

Cobblestone Hotel and Suites on Washington Township Boulevard will host the winning bidder for a two-night stay in a double queen-size room that includes breakfast and a $50 gift card for Applebee’s.

During a one-night stay at Crow Farmstay Bed & Breakfast in Kenedy, Maryland, you will enjoy a wine tasting with a summer sausage and cheese platter and dine at the Watershed Restaurant with a $50 gift certificate.The guest also will receive a gift basket that includes a 2016 Barbera wine, a 2016 Chardonnay, a $50 gift card to toward Crow Wine merchandise or angus beef and a $50 gift certificate at the Watershed Restaurant.

Visit Camden Yards to see the Orioles take on the New York Yankees May 19, with two tickets – club level, home side, infield – and gift cards for food or souvenirs at the stadium.

You can find anything from mulch, trees or patio pavers, to jewelry, furniture, artwork, quilts and handbags and so much more at the WAGCA auction Saturday, April 9, in Green Grove Gardens, 1032 Buchanan Trail East, Greencastle. Doors open at 3 p.m., the silent auction begins at 4 p.m., and oral bidding starts at 5:30 p.m.; admission is free.
